    About returns

    Products purchased at our store can be returned, except for cases and products that cannot be returned. If you wish to return a product, please check the details below and contact us using the inquiry form.

    About exchange

    If you receive a defective product, we will exchange the product for the same product, so please contact us using the inquiry form. *If we are unable to prepare the replacement product, we will issue a refund. We ask for your understanding in this case. *If you wish to exchange a product other than a defective product, we accept returns of the product at hand and a new order. * New orders will be processed by the customer.

    If you wish to return or exchange an item other than the items listed below, please contact the Customer Center during the return/exchange acceptance period (within 7 days after receiving the item). *Please note that we cannot accept requests if we do not hear from you within 7 days after receiving the item.
